We promise to give you a fantastic action and adrenaline fuelled experience through a variety of activities: gorge walking/scrambling(excellent for groups including stag and hen parties) climbing, caving, abseiling, hill walking - in fact we can just about arrange any activity for you.

Our activities are perfect for teambuilding whether it is corporate or friendship groups, bonding - especially adult and young people or for just pure enjoyment. All our activities are suitable for young people.

Adrenaline Buzz also has a special Women Only section where Pulse, Pamper and Party packages can be designed (these are very popular with Hen Parties).

Our training arm offers a range of courses ranging from Leadership to Safeguarding/Child Protection training.
