We can organise reward events, celebration events or a time for you and your team to have fun together away from the normal workplace to relieve the stress and pressure.

We can also design team building, team member i.d. courses and leadership training ensuring that your staff are best equipped for carrying out the roles that are right for your organisation.

In these particularly difficult economic times we have introduced a course of team building / fun activities combined with an element of professional development that have been very popular. Examples are team building in a Gorge scramble followed by a presentation on child protection for a company that took young people on work experience. Other combinations from our training menu are equally valid and possible.

Our activities normally take place in the Brecon Beacons which are easily accessible from London, the Midlands and the South West. We can also organise these events in Snowdonia if required.
