Adrian Herald.
Our Managing Director is Adrian Herald. Adrian is a former British Army Paratrooper and Metropolitan Police Instructor and has over 30 years experience in Special Forces, Police, Education and Training, and the Outdoor World. He currently specialises in Child Protection issues and Leadership seminars.

Chris Cronin
Chris is the senior female instructor for Adrenaline Buzz. In addition to leading groups on most of our offered activities she plays a major part in directing the PULSE part of our "Women Only" programme.

James Andrews
James is our mountain biking guru, he also leads gorge scrambling, climbing and abseiling days

Simon Foster
Simon leads on all the more advanced activities.

Sam Dickens
Sam has number of years experience working here and abroad in education. She has specialised in child protection issues and leads the training seminars in the area.

John Clayton
John brings a vitality and enthusiasm to group kayaking and climbing sessions that is infectious. He will regularly use locations in North Wales for his groups.

John was also the face of "Pudsey Bear" at our Newport Transporter Bridge abseil.

Rhydian Evans
New to our team but highly experienced, Rhydian was part of the Pudsey Bear abseiling experience with John. He leads some of our coasteering, climbing and abseiling days.

Angela O'Grady
Angela is the friendly voice you will hear when you first contact us. She will deal with all your enquiries.
