Safeguarding/Child Protection Training
Recent events in Parliament have shown it is not enough to merely comply with the rules but you must be seen to comply with the spirit of the law.
Organisations which have anything to do with children and young people have a duty under the Education Act 2002 and the Childrens Act to have policies in place, have a senior member of staff as Child Protection Officer/Designated Person AND provide training for all staff at an appropriate level.
Research has shown that the training for all staff is not taking place.
Our expert training team led by the Managing Director of Adrenaline Buzz are able to provide short courses for all levels.
We understand that business needs to continue without disruption so we are flexible on venue and timings to suit your needs and our fees are negotiable and competitive.
We also provide training for supply teachers who find themselves in schools without the necessary knowledge to protect themselves and children at risk. Again timings and venue are negotiable for this professional development.
